From the fields of Cambridgeshire, Margent Farm is redefining what sustainable materials can be, challenging conventional building practices and inspire a greener future.

Growing, processing and innovating with hemp, they've engineered advanced bio-composite materials and collaborated on commercial projects spanning the likes of Nando's, Aesop and V&A.

Developing a successful portfolio of projects and grabbing attention in the press from publications such as Hypebeast, Grand Designs and Highsnobiety (to name a few) — the team were ready for the next step in their businesses joruney.

For the first time, Margent Farm is opening their materials to the public through their sister brand Margent Form. Inviting architects, designers and conscious makers to work with their pioneering hemp-based products.

Together, we built a Shopify-powered e-commerce store that balances commercial functionality with an editorial feel—showcasing their products, story, processes and projects. The site pairs clean layouts with cinematic art direction; subtle scroll animations and a considered colour palette across the various brands.

This launch marks a new chapter for Margent—making their hemp-based materials accessible to a wider audience while continuing to advocate for regenerative design and sustainable industry.

A huge thanks to Henry and the Margent team for their trust and collaboration on this project.
